English to Czech Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to define the procedures whereby XXX will, on any score whatsoever (as forwarding agent, storage agent, agent, cargo handling firm, customs broker, shipping agent, carrier, etc.), perform activities and services involving the physical transport of consignments and/or the management of flows of goods, packaged or otherwise, of any kind, of any provenance, for any destination, in return for freely negotiated prices ensuring just remuneration of the service rendered, for either a national or an international service.
