RR - RESOLUCIÓN REITORAL

http://www1.usc.es/lexis/doc/Homologtítulodoutor.pdf

DOG - Diario Oficial de Galicia

So may I suggest "Rectorial Resolution of the 06-07-02, published in the Galician Official Gazzette on 07-08-02".

"Boa sorte"...

It is in Galician. Sorry, I wrote Portuguese out of force of habit.
The degree certificate from a Galician University is written in Portuguese?

Chancellor's Resolution -- Official Journal of Galicia

Certainly, R.R. means Resolución Reitoral. I would suggest also Chancellor's Resolution as another possible option See: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish_to_english/education_pedag...

As regards to the acronym D.O.G., I would translate is as Official Journal of Galicia

Here is a link to the Official Journal of the European Union (14.08.2003) in which they use Official Journal of Galicia.

I hope that this helps.
