I get what this means, but I do not know how to put it into a nice, pretty sentence.
Upon joining, a work schedule and days were assigned to me, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, including one hour to eat, Monday to Friday of each week. I was not compensated for overtime during the time that I provided my services for the defendant, since on multiple occasion it was required that I stay longer working because of the workload. Because of this, I am filing a lawsuit through these means, in compliance with the provisions set forth by articles 67 and 68 of the Federal Labor Law.
