It is just a guess. Probably 看助 means 看護助手 as Steven thinks. And Perhaps 予in question means '予定'. '卒業予定’and '退職予定’appears on resume.

Just a guess. MariyaN's suggestion occurred to me as well, but this could also be 予備 in the sense of 准, i.e. someone preparing to be a nurse (assistant). Students will often do this type of work to get experience in hospitals.
Is there any context that you can provide? For example, if this was publicly available information (posted in plain sight), I would be more likely to go with MariyaN's suggestion since you don't need to be telling patients that their NA is still a student.
