Personally, I don’t like to write long expressions in English or Spanish. For this reason, probably my proposal will look very simple and different to the rest of the answers.

FIRST OPTION:

This is my first “free” translation to Spanish language: “Aquí es donde espero vivir en los años venideros” or “Aquí es donde espero vivir en los años por venir”.

Key points of this proposal:
1) I express the concept in the 1est person of the singular. In this way, I am personalizing the message. In Spanish I don’t need to say: “Yo” to express myself in 1est person of the singular, the verb “espero” indicates the 1est person of the singular .
2) I say: “Aquí es donde” because this expression with the adverb “Aquí” implies: “here” and “now”. It has more power that expressions like: “esta morada”, “este casa”, “este hospital pediátrico”…
3) Also I use the verb “espero” first person of the singular of the verb “esperar” (hope) because through this verb, I express myself as “Yo” associated with the concept of “hope”. “Yo espero”
4) I use “en los años venideros” to express “for years to come”. The adjective “venidero” implies “coming, future” in English.
5) As alternative of “en los años venideros”, I offer to change this expresión for : “en los años por venir”. Personally, I prefer “en los años venideros” because “en los años por venir” the verb “venir” plays in verse with “vivir”, when I say “…donde espero vivir en los años por venir.”

SECOND OPTION:

In the second option, I use similar criterion that in the first only changing: “Aquí es donde” for “Este es el hogar”.

This is the second option: “Este es el hogar donde espero vivir en los años venideros”

THIRD OPTION:

The third option is the same that the second with the difference that I write “Mi Hogar” beginning with capital letter and the possessive adjective “Mi”. This “Mi Hogar” is more personal than “hogar” and has more power.

This is the third option: “Este es Mi Hogar donde espero vivir en los años venideros.”

FOURTH OPTION:
With a similar criterion that in the previous free translations, now I write my last option that is shorter: “Este es Mi Hogar de los años venideros.”

In this case, again I speak in 1st person of the singular associated two other concepts: the “hospital” that I names as “Mi Hogar” and the time that I express as “los años venideros”.

In this short expression I summarize all the concepts included in the original English message. In this option I don’t use the verb “espero”, but the concept of “hope” comes for “años venideros”.

SUMMARY:

1) “Aquí es donde espero vivir en los años venideros.” or “Aquí es donde espero vivir en los años por venir.”
2) “Este es el hogar donde espero vivir en los años venideros.”
3) “Este es Mi Hogar donde espero vivir en los años venideros.”
4) “Este es Mi Hogar de los años venideros.” (You can also use this expression to say: “Este es Mi Hogar de los años venideros. Este es Tu Hogar de los años venideros. Este es Nuestro Hogar de los años venideros...” (From my point of view, this expression is the best for marketing campaign).

Also you can associate: “Aquí es donde espero vivir en los años venideros. Este es Mi Hogar. Este es Tu Hogar. Este es Nuestro Hogar.”
