Hi everyone
I am translating a memorandum of association and in the list of the powers of the MD I have a sentence which is causing me real problems.
The full sentence is
Pignoracion bancaria de los documentos acreditiativos de entregas a cuenta del suministro o suministros adjudicados, para endosar a Bancos, Entidades o Particulares, a la Corporacion u Oficina correspondiente.......
In this context I am struggling to understand what "entregas a cuenta del suministro o suministros adjudicados" means.
