This comes from a report on Colombia's achievements in sustainable development and efforts to reduce environmental impacts of mining and other production activities. There is no additional context.

integrated production
The idea is joining together links in the chain. It could be different companies in the same group working on different stages of production (for example one extracts the mineral, another refines it, and another distributes it), or it could mean cooperation between unrelated companies.

In this context, which is about reducing the environmental impact of mining, integrated production would be more energy efficient.

production linkage
A production linkage occurs when a sector
produces output which is then used as an intermediate input by another sector. An
example of this is the linkage between a farm producing food commodities and a foodprocessing
industry. From the point of view of a certain sector, there are two types of
production linkages: backward and forward linkages. For example, from a farm’s point of
view, the linkages to fertilizer and seed producers are backward linkages. On the other
hand, the linkages from the farm to food processing industries are forward linkages.
