Spanish term

solicitamos se nos tenga por parte (y con los domicilios constituidos)

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) A DIVORCE AGREEMENT
Hi colleagues, I am in a rush to submit an urgent translation, and just at the end I find these terms, which I know is a legal formula, for which I would very much appreciate your approach.
The context is, then, the final part of the Divorce Agreement, when the Judge is requested, etc. etc.
Thanks a lot!!!

More context needed Is this simply a divorce sgreement made out of court? or has it actually been filed at a court?

We request we be admitted as parties to the action

This is what they're requesting, as I see it.
