Glossary entry (derived from question below)
Spanish term or phrase:
segundas rebajas
English translation:
further reductions
Spanish term
segundas rebajas
At the end of the document I have to translate '1ª Rebajas' (Sales) then in the line underneath, *2ª Rebajas*. Does anyone know if there's a specific term in UK English for 'segundas rebajas'? Reduced Sales? Second Sales?
Google hasn't been particularly helpful.
Thank you!

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Lindsay, thank you very much! The original is '2ª REBAJAS (SEGUNDAS REBAJAS)'. I've written 'FURTHER DISCOUNTS (REDUCED SALE PRICES). |
You're both right. I've changed it to: FURTHER REDUCTIONS (REDUCED SALE PRICES). Thank you again (especially for confirming my suspicions that there are no 'second sales' in the UK and Ireland!! |

: I'm pretty sure "further reductions" is the one I'm used to seeing boldly displayed across retail shop windows in the UK/Ireland //Fits perfectly with "segundas rebajas": it's normally "summer sales now on" followed by end-of-campaign "further reductions"

Thanks James, and I think you're right, 'further reductions' sounds better. Yes, or into the New Year as shops get desperate to shift things!

Discussion
I hope I was right to consider my question Non-Pro. I thought that although I had reached a mental block (Friday evening at the end of a long week, etc.) you would find it easy enough to answer. Thanks again :-)
