This "der auch oder in kombination mit" part is really confusing me. Can anyone explan/suggest a translation?

Reason being that Cyberknife is an integral part of the oncological network of Northern Germany." It sounds as if Cyberknife is offering these other more conventional methods "themselves" even though they are simply connected to a network within which these other methods are being offered separately from Cyberknife or together/in combination with the Cyberknife method(s)/approach.
