Dans un programme, et notamment dans un programme écrit dans un langage ne supportant pas, à la différence de SM, la séparation en différents cas de retour et branchements associés, ou supportant cette possibilité avec un certain cout en terme d’exécution (par exemple les mécanismes d’exception dans un langage d’exécution) on peut être amené à positionner une valeur de retour qui caractérise la manière dont on sort d’un programme appelé (par exemple « 0 » si on sort normalement, «-1» dans un autre cas, et juste après l’appel de ce programme, être amené à tester le code retour et suivant la valeur « 0 », « -1 » ou tout autre valeur non prévue à brancher vers des endroits différents dans le programme. "
I'm not sure what the appropriate term for "endroit" would be: location, place, spot...and would love some insight!
