English to Spanish Law/Patents Business/Commerce (general) Contract

This is a little term I found in an Australian contract that is giving me a headache. The sentence is as follows:

"Nothing in this clause xx.yy will fix the Company with notice of the contents of any policy and will not be raised as a defence to any claim by the Company against the Contractor."

The main part of the clause basically says that until a contractor can prove that it has the correct insurance coverage, the client may deny it entrance to their premises.

My attempt to translate this is: "Nada en esta cláusula xx.yy notificará a la Empresa de los contenidos de ninguna póliza y no se alegará como defensa a cualquier reclamo de la Empresa contra el Contratista."

Somehow it is not to my satisfaction. Any ideas?
