For a company that processes chickens. They use a pre-scald bird scrubber: a cabinet-type machine that includes two sets of rotating antimicrobial brushes with stiff bristles designed to remove fecal material, reduce bacteria and enhance overall picking performance.
I have been searching for the term 'scrubber" and some of the translations provide words such as "depurador(a), fregadora, cepillo, limpiadora. Any ideas for this specific machine? I saw a video clip and I would tend to favor 'depuradora" since it prepares the chickens for scalding and frees them from bacteria, fecal material, etc .
