"Error Corrections and Workarounds.
(a) Generally. As set forth herein, Licensor shall provide Maintenance Services for and otherwise promptly provide Error Corrections and/or Workarounds to Errors which Licensee or an Affiliate experiences with all release versions of the Supported Software. Licensor shall promptly notify Licensee of any Errors in the Supported Software that it becomes aware of. Licensee will in good faith classify such Errors as:

(ii) “Secondary Errors” - Those Errors that impact, degrade or restrict the performance, functionality, reliability, or use of the Software in a non-material manner; impact, degrade or restrict the performance, functionality, reliability, or use of one or more of the major functions or features of the Software in a non-material manner; or
(iii) “Minor Errors” – Those Errors that are cosmetic in nature, or enhancement requests.
The escalation process for delays in providing Error Correction and/or Workarounds by Licensor, along with applicable ***service level credits***, are set forth in Schedule B."
