Input voltage

電圧 by itself is just voltage, but the context you provide says 電源電圧, which, to be disambiguated, could certainly be "power supply voltage". However, by context, there really is not other voltage the text could be referring to besides the voltage of the power source used, (input voltage), so simply "voltage" might suffice if it doesn't leave too much ambiguity when used in context.
