German term

u.b.B.

German to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
This is from a CV of a person who has held several top management positions:

Optimierung der Vertriebskanäle u.b.B. der Filialnetzstruktur einer europaweit agierenden Optikerkette

I can't think of what 'u.b.B.' could possibly stand for. Any help greatly appreciated!

I Agree With Ted Will the translator know better than the author? I very rarely would ask the public about something that can be easily and properly answered by the author.
Johanna Timm, PhD Aug 30, 2013:
unter besonderer Berücksichtigung =eine mögliche Abkzg., die in diesem Fall Sinn ergäbe

Ted Wozniak Aug 30, 2013:
Only the author knows for sure but the first thing that came to my mind is "unter bestimmte Bedingungen", then came "unter besondere Beachtung", which makes a bit more sense. But the list could go on and on.
