in a customary well-balaced mix Explanation: Lucy, I guess (and it is not necessarily an educated guess) that maybe it is the case of isolating 'proporção' and 'de rigor' (the two of them don't seem to form an expression), 'de rigor' referring to 'de rigueur' ("strictly required, as by etiquette, usage, or fashion"), something like "de praxe". So this is a suggestion, it might make sense.
