Action Plan Execution
Following the Change Control Authorization in the relevant change control system, the Project Leader is responsible for ensuring completion of the action plan (including provision of documented evidence in the CC Management System).
The Project Leader must communicate any significant modification to the following items to the CCC for renewed endorsement:
Significant Changes to the High Level Action Plan (e.g. shift of more than three months)
Significant Deviation in budget/cost (as deemed appropriate by the Project Leader)
Change in the Change Implementation Strategy
Prolongation of a Temporary Change allowance period
