: (NPS nem NSP) Igen arról van szó, hogy milyen tényezők játszanak szerepet (mik a mozgatórugói annak), hogy az emberek ajánlanak, vagy nem ajánlanak egy-egy terméket.

a "driver" ebben a kontextben tipikus project-english (mint a hunglish pl.). A németek egyszerűen tükörre fordították (pl. "Kostentreiber"). Én még nem láttam magyar fordítót, aki erre jót mondott volna ...
Amúgy a "tényező" egészen biztosan téves, a tényező matematikai értelmezése alapján összetevő. A driver nem összetevő...

Amúgy a "tényező" egészen biztosan téves, a tényező matematikai értelmezése alapján összetevő. A driver nem összetevő...

: ‘Tényező’ is absolutely not only related to math, in fact its figurative meaning is more common. When the subject is a ‘score’ – ‘ponteredmény’, its drivers are the ‘factors’ (tényezők) which influence it. ‘Hordozók/meghajtók’ sound like devices.
