I agree with Alexander, one thing is cable tray (the tray itself), and other is ITC cable (Instrumentation Tray Cable) which is a specific type of cable designed to be installed with the help of a cable tray. This cable does not required to be installed inside a conduit as, it can be exposed (outdoors, not confined inside a conduit). It could be confusing, but it makes sense for professionals on that field.

Instrumentation Tray Cable Thanks for your observations, in light of which I decided to check, and Instrumentation Tray Cable is exactly what the source says and it says it several times. This is for UL certification.

The tray is an instrumetation tray, and it has a cable. One thing is when you have trays which support cables (cable trays), but here is about the cable for the instrumetation tray, i.e. the "instrumentation tray cable". Maybe is better to say "cable de la bandeja de instrumentación".

I think the asker should consult the source (if possible) to see if there's a syntax mistake in the phrase.
INSTRUMENTATION CABLE TRAY makes perfect sense, while INSTRUMENTATION TRAY CABLE sounds a little bit odd. I've heard about cable trays, but not about "tray cables".
