This document is aimed at evaluating the effects of a tax credit reform for salaried workers on the disposable income and labor market informality of a tax credit reform for salaried workers. This reform was implemented in Mexico in 2008 and is known as “Employment Subsidy” (Subsidio para el Empleo).
