French term

changement du contrôle et du gérant

French to English Law/Patents Law (general)
I am starting to have doubts about the use of "contrôle" in this context. Does it mean "ownership"? French to English. I have included the original French text and my attempt at an English translation.

Secondly, concerning all the contracts, which the list was annexed to the transfer of company shares agreement, from the authorization written by each one of the hospital establishments concerned with the change in inspection and management of the title holding company of the contract and, if necessary, the change in concessionaire resulting from it.

I would also check your style, it doesn't sound like natural English.

I'd check my translation very carefully if I were you - it doesn't say anything about shares.

administration

Given that 'gerant is the second noun and perhaps is closer in English to 'ownership', I'd say something like 'administration' for 'contrôle'.

Some people might object that the there is contôle' does not mean 'administration' , but part of the problem is finding what we would say in English while keeping the idea of change of ownership.

Administration does 'control' operations and carry out 'checks'.
