Creo que algo menos literal, pero quizá más claro como título sería:
“En camino hacia la madurez final”.
O quizá: “Hacia el logro de la madurez última”.
Suerte... en tu camino de perfección ;-)
(Mmm... “hacia la perfección”, no estaría nada mal tampoco, ¿verdad?)
Pero ya se lo dijeron a Jack Lemmon en “Los caballeros las prefieren rubias”: “Nobody’s Perfect!”

: A register a bit higher than mine. But similar idea. I think it's better to leave "tracking" implied, and avoid the gerund in Spanish. :-)
