If a contractor has a “Red Light” grade, the contractor shall go through the variance process in order to perform work. Variances may be used for contractors working in one-off projects. The variance process shall, at a minimum, include the following:
• Written corrective action plan that shall be approved by the Wells Operations Manager
• Completion of the Contractor Variance Form
• Management approval for submission of documentation to the HSE Superintendent
