The acronym ESR refers to an equipped solid rocket motor. BSB is booster storage building. Regarding the part of the sentence I need help with 'transporteur coussin d'air sur le fardier' I know of the phrase air-cushion transporter but I'm not sure how this goes with 'fardier'. It is not the heavyweight mover that runs on the air cushion. It is a platform that sits on the heavyweight mover that slides off it (by means of air bearings) onto the launch pad. The platform holds the first stage of the rocket.

@James Your link does indeed show a heavyweight fardier, but this particular one runs on many, many wheels, not an air cushion. Actually, it's a rather remarkable photo, since the effect of a very long lens is to make it look as if this pinnacle of space technology has somehow been abandoned in the South American bush....
