In response to your post Phil, "imposición" in this context means deposit. I'm actually pretty sure you're right that "interés al haber" is "credit interest", which means that this whole thread would be redundant as it is based on a complete misunderstanding of the source.

I'm not sure I understand the context - what is "la presente imposición"? And I'm not clear what "bonificado" means either. But I think "interés al haber" is probably credit interest.

I found the term 'haber' in my Oxford Business EN/SP Dictionary.
It says the translation is: credit side (the best match for this context).
