Like too many Africans of this generation, I share the experience of war.
In my own country Sierra Leone, we suffered our own terrible conflict in the 90s, which I filmed, But unlike here in Rwanda, Sierra Leone has not moved forward - there has been no proper reconciliation process, no significant development, corruption is still rife.
