Asta cred ca e, de pe Wikipedia :

Repossession is a "self-help" type of action in which the party having right of ownership of the property in question takes the property back from the party having right of possession without invoking court proceedings.

Sau "taking back" the goods?
Example sentence:

Repossession is generally used to refer to a financial institution taking back an object that was either used as collateral or rented or leased in a transaction.

Peer comment(s):

agree Adrian MM. (X) : with repossess...//individual legal and a/c terms only.

taking back the ownership of goods

Example sentence:

take back the ownership - legal chiar nu am găsit alte variante, poate nici nu există o expresie pentru acest lucru, nu știu

getting [their] goods back

Peer comment(s):

recover the goods (the assets)
