As in コットンローンモチーフバテンブラウス, from http://nikoand.com/fs/niko/ON42FB02NN From Googling, the term seems to refer to lace embroidery & appliques, but I can't deduce an exact translation for the term.

ローンの名称は、フランスのラン(Laon)で織り始めたことに由来。たて、よこ密度の比較的よくにた織物。ローンはもともと麻織物であったが、現在は綿織物の代表的なもの。薄地の柔らかい手触りが特徴。用途:ハンカチ、プリントのブラウス地、造花、刺繍用生地etc.
