If you remove the laser unit front cover, you find nothing attached to it.

Once the laser unit cover is removed, each following step will be the same.


Disconnect 3 connectors from the laser unit.


release the stopper,


and pull out the Laser unit.

The rest is very easy.


When you want to put the laser unit back into the machine, please adhere to the following precautions:


Insert the Laser Unit along the guide frame.


Make sure that the new Laser unit claws fit into two mainframe claws.


Set the Laser Unit with the stopper, use a screw driver to pry in the stopper.


Connect the 3 harnesses and attach the Laser unit cover.


Laser Unit Installation


When you want to put the laser unit back into the machine, please adhere to the following precautions:

With the Corona-C1 you do not need this anymore.


All data is stored inside the laser assembly itself, so the only thing you have to do for the calibration of the laser is as follows


Download the data, stored in the new laser unit, to the mainframe.


To perform this, use the Service Program: SP2- 110- 005.


After that, please find out if an image adjustment needs to be performed.
