Gilou found it In fact I was seeing at first not so much a difference between "dérivé" and "issu" that Gilou's answer triggered to my mind, I just happened to find later by searching that the wording used by the sellers of these items is "issu"

Attention au sens de "to derive" qui signifie simplement "to obtain". Une nouvelle caractéristique d'une plante, une nouvelle culture est obtenue par les biotechnologies.
