Not quite sure what is "en seco" here - the cartridge? the supernatant? It's chromatography testing, btw.

I think they are talking about sample loading methods: dry loading and wet loading. (See reference).
The way it is written, I understand they load the supernatant over the cartridge. I would then say "Dry load the supernatant over the 1cc HLB cartdrige ..."
