This is from Belgian law into UK English.
(§ 2. La présente loi n’est pas applicable à des études purement rétrospectives sur base de données du passé qui se trouvent dans les dossiers des patients, dans des dossiers médicaux ou dans des dossiers administratifs ou bases de données et pour autant que d’aucune façon qu’il ne soit pas acquis de nouvelles données relatives à ces patients.
This is my translation, but I'm not sure if the last phrase conveys the correct meaning of the original.
(§ 2. This law does not apply to purely retrospective studies based on past data found in patient files, in medical files or in administrative files or databases and therefore new data related to these patients cannot under any circumstances be used.

I use 'those same' to translate 'ces', to make the sentence self-contained (i.e., referring to the patients referred to in a given historical study). If it's clear from the wider context who 'ces patients' refers to, a straightforward 'these' would be sufficient.
IOW: the law doesn’t apply to any ‘historical’ study, except where it is based on a data set that happens to include fresh data about the patients.

The only word there that’s unclear when taken out of context is ‘nouvelles’ – ‘new’ with respect to what? Presumably w.r.t. an earlier study - but maybe there's some other criterion (e.g. the patients demise)?

: incorporated or established. data can be acquired and not used. not sure 100% literal works here/My thoughts exactly. As usual sticking to a literal translation of the French comes with risks.

Thanks! I find it somewhat amusing to see how folk here are struggling with this typical example of Belgian legal French, which is quite likely a translation from the Flemish :) Season's Greetings!

: No Latin required here. This refers to the modern Engligh 'data' (singular) meaning 'item or set of information', not to the plural of the modern English, derived from Latin 'datum', meaning 'a point of reference for vertical measurements'.

I think that the form of the verb here is important and the simple indicative present tense will not do.
insofar as absolutely no new data shall have been acquired that relates to these patients
OR
insofar as absolutely no new data relating to these patients shall have been acquired.
