English term
redundant with
English to Polish
Law/Patents
Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright
In claim 1 the term "aeration system" and the definition of the interaction of said system with components of the ventilator imply that the ventilator must be comprised in the claimed object. Accordingly, claim 10 defining the ventilator comprising the aeration system, appears to be redundant with claim 1.

: wykazywanie zbędności w zastrzeżeniach patentowych byłoby kuriozalne, choć być może szerszy kontekst wyjaśni, że tak nie jest, bo źródło jest np. tzw. "search reportem"; zobaczymy :); na razie OK

Discussion
1) sprawozdaniem z badania/poszukiwania (examination report lub search report), które ekspert (examiner) urzędu patentowego skierował do zgłaszającego (applicant, możliwe -- assignee - US) o patent;
2) fragmentem tłumaczenia polskiego opisu patentowego, które właśnie podlega np. korekcie językowej.
Dzięki!
