Junto con saludar, les agradecería mucho que me ayuden con el equivalente de "medium-term note". A continuación les adjunto el párrafo en el que aparece este término.
The first half of 2014 was spent setting up the infrastructure, developing the governance structure and establishing local procedures, and on June 30th the Luxembourg branch booked it first internal loan to the parent company. A month later the first medium-term note was issued, for a nominal value of $18.6 million. Thru the middle of December of 2014, another 62 of these issues followed capturing over $900 million in deposits. Towards the end of the year, the first loan to an external counterparty was booked as well. We expect the sales and trading activity of the Luxembourg entities to get underway early in the first quarter of 2015.
Muchas gracias.
Saludos.

pagaré a mediano/medio plazo
Hola! te proporciono enlaces de ambas definiciones y de ejemplos de uso. El término "pagaré a mediano plazo" sale mucho relacionado con México. No se cuál es tu país de destino. Otra opción sería "bono a medio plazo".
Espero haber sido de ayuda!
Saludos!

nota de mediano plazo / bono de mediano plazo
"Note" in this context is a bond, not a "pagaré" since "pagaré" is different from a bond that gives an interest rate and has terms. The translation is then "nota" (as in "nota del tesoro) or plainly "bono", since "nota" is widely used in Spanish but perhaps an adaptation from English.
For example:

As for the "term" part, in Spanish we would use "mediano plazo" for a credit that is between short and long term.
