English term

lean

English to French Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Legal definitions
This does not mean "low on fat"! The context is some new form of management.
Is there any French equivalent?
I can provide this context :"extensive operations experience that includes LEAN continuous improvement and statistical applications".
I have already come across this term and succeeded in bypassing it, but now feel that it must be faced clearly.
Any possible help?

Daryo Mar 17, 2015:

the idea of "lean management" is not about "low on fat" but about creating a structure that could be compared to a "lean animal" = agile / svelte / mince
Gregory Lassale Mar 17, 2015:
You can use it as is but there are alternatives e.g. "gestion allégée", "gestion sans gaspillage" - if you really want a French term.

Polyglot Yes, I am terribly ashamed! But the point is that I used "le lean management" although I felt that there must be some direct equivalent in French. Or maybe there is none at all.
