Swedish term

VSAA = Vår Sätt Att Arbeta

Swedish to English Bus/Financial Human Resources Service and working routines
This comes up several times in a text I am proofreading.

Alla arbeta enligt VSAA

Definieread processer för felanmälan (VSAA)

Möjliggöra ett enhetligt (VSAA) och kontrollerat sätt att öka volymen ...

The translator has left it as VSAA, which just might be OK, as the document is for internal use within the firm, but I am not certain that the target audience (possibly in subsidiaries outside Sweden) will have access to anyone familiar enough with Swedish to explain it.

Is there an equivalent short, neat expression in English?
My deadline is tight and I'm charging the client by the hour!
So I'm grateful for any suggestions...

Discussion

Christine Andersen (asker) May 12, 2015:
THANKS everyone! The end client is not Skanska, and of course I had seen that the term came from there.
I will award points when the system allows.

My husband suggested ´best practice´ but admitted it was not quite the same, though close in principle. He gets his points his own way ;-)

Our way of working

If you are working with Skanska, Sverige (the Swe subsidiary), as they have a lot of policy statements with your term, they have published this doc in Eng, signed by their CEO which uses your term pretty much translated straightforwardly.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks - I used this one because it matched the tone in the context and is understandable in plain English."

Work Method Statement/Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS)

Could this be to do with safety or work method statements
Note from asker:
Thanks! I noted this one for future use - it might fit in other contexts.
