Gdyby był normalny, od 10 lat by pracował.

Najpierw pomyślałem, że powinno być "If he was normal, he would have worked for 10 years". Jednak wydaje mi się, że wyrażenie "would have done sth" zawsze odnosi się do zakończonej przeszłości.
