: Without the word ORDER. On the other hand a judge can ORDER EXTRADITION. Certainly not the later alternative with words surrender or application.

: The word "execution"means to put into effect as it is explained later in the CPS Guidance as "to enforce the sentence in its territory".
What is for one country Export is for another one Import. The CPS document calls Import Extradition also Inward Ex.

Isn't it what 'přikaz k dodání do výkonu trestu' means? Talking about 'execution' rather than 'import/export', now.

Although this makes me wonder whether a Czech judge can order English police do something, even via MLA.
