Stiamo parlando di un'analisi economica per valutare costi-benefici di un progetto in campo energetico (nella fattispecie un gasdotto). La frase completa è la seguente:
"As the consumers’ WTP for natural gas is valued at the burnertip, adjustments are made, where feasible, to allow for possible differences in efficiency and costs associated with the use of other competing fuels."
Non riesco assolutamente a capire che tipo di prezzi possano essere questi "at the burnertip". Credo che si tratti di un costo aggiuntivo da inserire nell'analisi, come ad esempio il costo del trasporto.
Qualcuno sa fornirmi un'idea più precisa?
