DC So, this is a whole world on its own and it has to do with franchises, they have created their own language and it has nothing to do with state certifications or anything like that. I am not offering an answer because I don't know the translation but this can help you on your search. Believe it or not DC stands for Developing Champions and the training includes: leading a shift (LAS), leading a restaurant (LAR) and leading multiple restaurants (LMR). Hope this helps
