Tanto la tesorería como la deuda financiera del Grupo, están expuestas al riesgo de tipo de interés, el cual podría tener un efecto adverso en los resultados financieros y en los flujos de caja. Podría utilizar "cash on hand and in banks" si queda bien en el contexto.
