English term

Stagehand

English to Spanish Art/Literary Music Concert of an orchestra
They are giving the list of the people who will assist during the concert, amongst them there are sound and light technicians, etc. and a "stagehand".

I have come across the translation as "tramoyista", but this is more about a person moving the rigging system of the theatre. As this is an orchestra concert, I guess there aren't any rigging systems so the translation could be something different?

Please, if anybody knows another translation for this word, I'd really appreciate some comments.

Thank you,

Sorry for typos or bad writing. I've been working long hours =)

Plomo / Asistente

When talking about concerts, I tend to use "plomo" (road crew/roadie) or "asistente" if I am not sure of the specific role.

Pamela:

I've seen Charles' note and am aware that the term you are looking for is for "un concierto sinfónico". The only other word I can come up is "accesorista":
diccionario analógico http://diccionario-analogico.sensagent.com/MW3121920/ML-es-e...
stage crew (en)[membre]
asalariada, asistente, ayudante, criado, dependienta, dependiente, empleada, empleado, oficial[Hyper.]
**stagehand**, stage technician (en)
**accesorista** - tramoyista [Spéc.]

I also leave you with this glossary "DICIONARIO GALEGO DE TELEVISIÓN" (with French, and English entries) for what it is worth (incidentally, I looked for stagehand (entry says Ing. stagehand, sceneshifter - tramoyista; and accesorita - Ing. property man).
