SEQUENCE OF OPERATIONS
1. Switch on control panel using mains isolator, the White indicator should illuminate.
2. Load oven ensuring that the components are safe and will not fall over during the process.
3. On the HMI (Human Machine Interface) at the bottom of the screen the controller lets you know if all parameters are in place to start the oven, if ‘YES’ is displayed then continue to next step. If ‘NO’ is displayed press ‘STATUS’ then ‘START’ this will allow you to see which parameter is not in place to allow the oven to start and investigate. The Starting parameters are shown at the end of this section.
4. Press ‘SETTINGS’
5. If a ‘NORMAL’ cycle is required then carry on to the next step(6), if a ‘RAMP’ cycle is required then go to step 19.
6. The Normal Cycle will require the following parameters:-
• Oven Temperature - ºC
• Cycle Time - Mins
• Stack Temperature - ºC (Typically 870ºC this does not need to be changed)
7. If a water pulse is required to give the oven a little more control then press ‘WATER PULSE’. You can then set a water pulse ON and OFF time, press ‘BACK’.
8. Before closing the doors ensure that the water spray nozzles are free from contamination and press the water spray ‘WATER TEST’ button this will turn the water sprays on for 3-5 secs to allow the operator to witness water spraying from each nozzle.
9. Close the door(s) making sure to engage top and bottom cams, and ensuring the door handle is located in the door lock correctly.
10. On the ‘NORMAL’ screen press ‘NEXT’
11. Press ‘START’.
12. The Stack burner will now start its purge sequence and ignite.
13. The Oven burner will not start until the Stack burner has reached a pre set temperature set by the commissioning engineers. Once the Stack burner has reached the pre-set temperature, the Oven burner will start its purge cycle and ignite.
14. The oven will now control the Stack and Oven temperatures at the parameters set in step 6 for the duration of the cycle time.
15. Once the cycle time has elapsed the Oven burner will switch off, but the Stack burner will continue to operate for a further 30 minutes.
16. At this point the Visual Indicator will flash letting you know the oven is in its cooling down period.
17. Once the Stack burner has switched off and the Oven temperature has dropped below the door lock temperature usually 260ºC, you will be able to open the oven door.
