The example sentences set out below are from the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 of 29 October 2012 on the rules of application of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union.
Il convient de clarifier l’articulation entre les opérations de liquidation, d’ordonnancement et de paiement et les contrôles que doivent effectuer les ordonnateurs lors de la liquidation des dépenses, par l’apposition du bon à payer.
It is necessary to clarify the relationship between validation, authorisation and payment operations and the controls to be carried out by the authorising officer when validating expenditure, with the endorsement ‘passed for payment’.

: I simply don't think we'd say this in English, and your example sentence is for "bon à payer". // But what do you mean by lifting reservations? It sounds translated.

So signer un bon, and bon pour is not the same.
Bon in the meaning agreed, valid for.
When we make stamps we write Bon pour accord for instance.
It is almost standard wording which has to be handwritten above a signature on a legal document
See Small Robert:
II. (fin xviie) Formule écrite constatant le droit d'une personne d'exiger une prestation, de toucher une somme d'argent, etc. ➙ billet, effet, titre. Bon de réduction. Bon d'achat. Bon d'essence. Bon de commande, de livraison. Bon pour… Signer un bon. Fin. Bon de caisse*. Bon du Trésor. ➙ certificat, emprunt. Souscription de bons.
I think your phrase may mean "delivery conditions met", ie the guarantee is not payable, but I'm not sure.
