The lower electrode panel frame 82 is raised and lowered in the vertical direction by driving the shuttle frame 44 forward and backward in a horizontal direction. In particular, adjusting the position of the shuttle frame in the horizontal direction causes the lift roller 50 to ride up or down the cam slots 48, thereby raising or lowering the lower electrode panel frame 82. In addition, support rollers 52 are positioned above and below the shuttle frame 44 to rotatably engage an upper surface and a lower surface of the shuttle frame 44 to maintain the shuttle frame parallel to the lower electrode panel 12 as the shuttle frame is driven in the horizontal direction.
