English to Spanish Tech/Engineering Materials (Plastics, Ceramics, etc.)
I've been told "It is when the plastic becomes viscous not to flow". Also called "freeze temperature". What could be its translation into Spanish?

O "temperatura de no-flujo". Así lo encontré en los enlaces que te cito debajo. Ahí lo explica. También puede llamarse "temperatura de congelación". Espero que te sirva.
