Enter a marginal note

Imperative of marginarse.
marginar, 1. tr. Poner acotaciones o apostillas al margen de un texto.

I'm just making an educated guess here as I'm not familiar with El Salvador registry offices, but this probably means "make the appropriate marginal note of the birth entry in the register" or something to that effect.

Spanish term (edited): Marginase Pda. de Nacimiento

Let the Birth Cert. be annotated in the margin

vs. marginated or - like many of us on the peripheries - marginalis/zed.

The tense, de novo/de nuevo, is an imperative command.
