I would appreciate if you could help me with this term.
Sorry, not much context, but should be enough:
"Válvulas termostáticas con cabezal termostable: son válvulas de uso en radiadores, cuya función es la de cerrar el paso del agua al radiador con una ruedecita que lleva la propia válvula una vez llegado a la temperatura de consigna"
