Frank, I understand your concern. But here's the problem: the next question of the survey is about "burning," so when you translate "stinging" as "pieczenie," it will be rejected, and for a good reason.
I've been involved in all sorts of patient questionnaires for 20 years, and these fine distinctions are always a problem.
However, "kłujący ból" is listed on some Polish psoriasis sites. It is probably not the number 1 or 2 symptom but it is out there.

@Tomasz Poplawski: I could not find a description of any other pain associated with psoriasis in Polish other than pieczenie. Stinging is a very broad term. The question is whether this is a localized, prickly pain or a distributed, broad-area pain. I (and my medical authority) believe it is the latter. My sources are included.
